Individual Therapy
Individual therapy/counseling offers a space to slow down, explore what you’re experiencing, and better understand yourself and your story. Together, we will navigate the challenges in front of you, build on your strengths, and find a path forward that feels authentic to you.
Our approach to individual therapy is grounded in a humanistic, client-centered, and collaborative practice. We view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership in which your experiences, values, and goals guide the work. Together, we identify patterns, develop practical strategies, and build insight in a way that respects your autonomy and readiness for change. We also recognize that when people are overwhelmed their cognitive load can make it difficult to process information, make decisions, or engage in meaningful change. Therapy with us can provide space to slow things down, organize what feels overwhelming, and approach challenges in constructive ways. Our goal is not to direct your journey, but to work alongside you in creating a process that is both clinically informed and responsive to who you are.
